1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Narrly ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Narrly is an AI-powered narrative generation platform that helps users create strategic narratives using various frameworks including Campbell's Hero's Journey and the ABT (And, But, Therefore) structure. The Service integrates with third-party AI services, including OpenAI, to provide content generation capabilities.

3. User-Generated Content and AI-Generated Content

            Important: All content generated through Narrly, whether created by users or AI, is the sole responsibility of the user. Narrly does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of any generated content.
        

3.1 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or generate using the Service
You must ensure you have all necessary rights to any content you input into the Service
You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights
You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or inappropriate material

3.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all original content you input into the Service
You grant Narrly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service
AI-generated content is provided to you for your use, but Narrly makes no claims of ownership over such content

4. Limitation of Liability

            Critical Disclaimer: Narrly shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of generated content or any actions taken based on such content.
        

4.1 No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
Narrly does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
AI-generated content is provided without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or suitability

4.2 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall Narrly be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Narrly's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on AI-generated content

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Narrly and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content you create, upload, or generate using the Service
Any actions taken based on AI-generated content

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI services, including but not limited to OpenAI. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

Your data may be processed by third-party services
Third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies
Narrly is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services
You are subject to the terms of service of any third-party services used

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
For any obscene or immoral purpose
To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

8. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms
