Account Deletion Help

You can permanently delete your Narrly account and associated data from mobile or by contacting support.

Delete from mobile app

Open Narrly and go to Settings.
Scroll to Danger Zone.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion prompts.

Delete from web/support flow

If your current surface does not expose the delete button, contact support at support@narrly.ai.
Backend deletion is handled through /api/users/delete-account.

What gets deleted

Your account profile and authentication record
Your narratives and related associated data tied to your account
Saved preferences and account-linked metadata

Deletion requests are typically processed immediately, and fully completed within up to 30 days for backup and system reconciliation windows.
